How to order custom clothing
If you’re wondering how to order custom clothing, you’re in the right place. Ready to bring your vision to life? Whether you are ordering custom sports uniforms, premium streetwear collections, or technical activewear, we have made our process simple and efficient. Please follow the three steps below to begin your production.
Step 1:
Send Inquiry: Choose your style from our website and submit a free graphic design request. You can also email your own concepts, logos, and brand colors to info@eridsports.com or message us on WhatsApp.
Step 2:
Share Requirements: Provide your specific fabric preferences, colors, and quantities. Whether it is high-performance activewear or premium streetwear, our team will coordinate the technical details with you.
Step 3:
Design Approval: We will send your free mock-up within 24 hours. Once you approve the design, send us your roster (sizes, numbers, names), shipping address, and your “need-by” date to finalize the order.
Step 4:
Price & Payment: After we receive your roster, your invoice will be created and emailed to you. Please review it and when you are ready to make the payment you can use the payment options located on your invoice to pay online or you can contact our customer service to pay via credit/debit card. We accept the payment options below:

Once the final price is confirmed and payment is received, we send your Order Details within 24 hours. Review and confirm the details so we can move your project into production immediately.
Step 5:
Manufacturing: Our expert team begins the cutting, stitching, and custom branding (sublimation, embroidery, or printing). Every piece of apparel undergoes strict quality control to ensure it meets our premium standards.
Step 6:
Shipping & Delivery: As soon as your order is packed and dispatched, we will email your tracking details. You can monitor your shipment or contact our support team anytime for a status update.
We also offer 100% OFF ON CUSTOM UNIFORM SAMPLE. If you order your own customized sample uniform, we will apply the 100% refund for the cost of the sample towards your next invoice, when you place the whole order. (3-5 days turnaround time for a rush order)
